Robert is a business litigator and white-collar criminal defense counsel for companies and individuals being investigated and prosecuted in New Jersey.

His cases involve high-stakes disputes, requiring skillful navigation to protect business operations and individual freedoms. A former federal and state prosecutor, Robert served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney and Special Counsel to the U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey, where he led a violent-crime task force and prosecuted complex federal cases.
