What to Expect:
During our Summer Associate Program, you will engage in meaningful assignments designed to enhance your legal skills and provide a comprehensive understanding of our firm. Our dedicated program ensures your experience includes:

MB Internship Positions
At Mandelbaum Barrett PC, we invite motivated college juniors, seniors, and post-graduate students to apply for our dynamic internship program. Whether you’re interested in law, marketing, business operations, human resources, IT, or finance, our program offers hands-on experiences that support your academic and professional growth.
Interns work on real-world projects aligned with their interests, contributing to high-impact initiatives and collaborating across departments. From legal research and client support to marketing campaigns, event planning, business analytics, and systems support, every intern plays a valued role.
Beyond daily tasks, our program includes professional development seminars, mentorship, networking events, and access to firm-wide initiatives. Interns are encouraged to participate in employee socials, community service, and other events that reflect our collaborative and inclusive culture.

Eligibility:
- Summer internships: Open to college juniors, seniors, and post-graduate students. Due to high competition, we focus on applicants at these levels.
- Fall/Spring Gap-year internships: Open to college graduates who can commit to full-time or part-time schedules. Internships last 3–9 months and are ideal for graduates preparing for law school, studying for the LSAT, or seeking practical experience before starting a full-time role.
Compensation:
Interns are paid an hourly rate based on minimum wage requirements, typically $16–$20/hour. Rates vary by office based on state laws, market conditions, and location.
