Mandelbaum Barrett’s Hospitality Law and Real Estate teams recently secured a major win for the owner/operator of two full-service hotel and conference centers near Newark Liberty International Airport. The deal involved negotiating $24,000,000 in financing—fueling continued growth in one of New Jersey’s most strategically located hospitality corridors.
The two properties, which together comprise more than 660 rooms, are key destinations for travelers, business professionals, and large-scale events. Thanks to the successful closing, the client is now poised to make significant upgrades to both properties while optimizing operational efficiency and long-term profitability.
