Grant Petrosyan is a Partner in the Firm’s Healthcare and Litigation Practice Groups and Co-Chair of the Antitrust Practice who represents businesses, healthcare providers, business owners, and individuals in complex commercial, antitrust, and healthcare-related disputes. His practice spans antitrust and competition matters, complex contract disputes, shareholder and corporate governance matters, business torts, fraud and unfair competition claims, and healthcare litigation-with a focus on delivering strategies that align legal outcomes with his clients’ broader business objectives.
Grant brings particular depth in the healthcare sector, where he represents provider networks, health systems, and healthcare professionals in various types of disputes, including reimbursement and network participation.
Grant has substantial experience litigating complex disputes in federal and state courts across New York and New Jersey, as well as in arbitration proceedings. He represents clients at every stage, from pre-suit strategy and case assessment through discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal. He is experienced includes managing multi-party, multi-issue litigation and in developing case strategies that prioritize efficient resolution and protect his clients’ commercial interests.
Beyond active disputes, Grant serves as a trusted outside advisor to businesses and individuals navigating potential claims, litigation risk, and complex commercial challenges.
Grant is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, as well as before the U.S. District Court of New Jersey and U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association and serves on the Board of Governors of the Armenian Bar Association. He was recently recognized as a Rising Star by the Armenian Bar Association.*
