Anthony began his career as an assistant prosecutor in the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office in Hackensack, New Jersey. This early experience gave him first-hand knowledge of how cases are built and tried, which he now applies to challenge government investigations and defend clients in court.
In private practice since 1995, he has represented thousands of clients, including high-profile individuals, in jurisdictions such as New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Connecticut, and California. His appellate work includes appearances before the NJ Appellate Division, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Anthony is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Criminal Trial Attorney, a distinction held by attorneys who have demonstrated significant trial experience and commitment in the field.
