The client, the former Postmaster of the Teaneck post office, had been charged with deprivation of rights under color of law and related offenses stemming from allegations made by a subordinate employee. After hearing testimony and reviewing the evidence, a 12-member federal jury returned a unanimous verdict of not guilty on all counts.
Throughout the trial, the defense carefully examined the allegations, testimony, and prior statements presented by the government. Following the verdict, Iacullo noted the client’s commitment from the outset to clearing his name and fighting the charges.
