Stacey is a seasoned trial lawyer who combines extensive prosecutorial insight with dedicated, client-focused advocacy in every matter she handles.
Stacey E. Zyriek Enriquez, a Partner at the firm, focuses her practice on white collar criminal defense, internal investigations, and commercial litigation. She brings more than a decade of prosecutorial experience to every matter she handles. Before entering private practice, she served two years as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey, and eight years as an Assistant Prosecutor with the Union County Prosecutor’s Office. During her tenure in public service, she investigated and prosecuted a broad array of criminal matters in collaboration with federal, state, and local law enforcement. Her prosecutorial background enables her to anticipate government approaches and craft strategic defenses tailored to each client’s situation.
Stacey’s extensive trial experience and courtroom skills earned her certification by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Criminal Trial Attorney, a distinction reserved for attorneys who have shown significant trial experience and strong commitment to the practice of criminal law.
Stacey regularly assists clients with grand jury subpoena responses, conducts internal investigations for public and private entities, and represents public officials in disciplinary proceedings. Fluent in Spanish, Stacey communicates seamlessly with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Stacey earned her J.D. from New York Law School and a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Rutgers University. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Southern District of New York.
