The incident occurred when the defendant “t-boned” the plaintiffs’ vehicle while attempting a left-hand turn, resulting in substantial injuries. In addition to claims arising from negligent operation of a motor vehicle, the case also involved dram shop liability against a local establishment for overserving the driver.
