Mandelbaum Barrett PC’s Joseph Peters and Ethan Wells secured a $450,000 settlement on behalf of a client injured in a slip-and-fall incident following a snow event.

The incident occurred while the client was visiting a friend at an apartment complex, where the client slipped and fell on ice located in an empty parking space. The matter involved three principal defendants: the apartment complex, the snow removal company, and the property management company.

Over the course of several years of litigation, the team conducted extensive discovery, including five depositions and the retention of two expert witnesses to address key issues involving liability and damages.

With the assistance of a Superior Court judge, the matter ultimately resolved for $450,000, bringing the lengthy litigation to a successful conclusion and providing a meaningful recovery for the client.
