Mandelbaum Barrett PC secured a commercial lease dispute victory, with Partner Lawrence C. Weiner obtaining a favorable ruling on behalf of the landlord.
After prevailing on a motion for summary judgment in favor of the Landlord in a case involving the breach of a commercial lease, Lawrence applied for reimbursement of attorneys’ fees, per the terms of the lease. In awarding the full amount of attorney’s fees sought, the court included the following remarks in its written opinion:
“Mr. Weiner is well-qualified as an attorney in handling business litigation, having practiced in this field for 28 years… the work he did based on my review of his invoices, the papers he filed… and his legal arguments he made in Court… were outstanding.”
