The dispute arose from enforcement of a more than decade old settlement agreement imposing certain obligations on the defendant which we alleged it failed to perform. After a bench trial and scathing examination of the defense’s primary witness, the defendant extended an olive branch seeking to settle. In the midst of post-trial briefing before a decision was issued, Chris and Josh secured a very favorable settlement bringing a dramatic, final conclusion to more than a decade of litigation.
