Servete Xhudo-Bradley, Director of Human Resources

As Director of Human Resources, Servete leads firm-wide HR strategy to foster a collaborative, high-performing workplace where people are supported, empowered, and positioned to thrive. She is committed to aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals and cultivating a culture grounded in professional excellence and continuous growth.
Prior to her current role, she spent more than 20 years in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) and retail broker industry, starting at the grassroots level and helping grow the company into a nationally recognized organization. I led an HR team through periods of rapid expansion, leadership transitions, and a successful acquisition by a national agency. Her background includes comprehensive experience in HR operations, employee relations, HRIS implementation, compliance, compensation, and strategic workforce planning.

Servete brings a business-minded, proactive approach to HR and has been recognized for driving engagement, supporting wellness initiatives, and aligning people strategies with long-term business success.

She holds a B.A. in Anthropology and History and is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She is passionate about creating high-performing, people-focused workplaces—and brings this commitment to the legal sphere by aligning HR strategy with the unique demands of a client-driven, fast-paced professional services environment.
