Sean M. Hamill is a Partner with Mandelbaum Barrett PC where he focuses his practice on litigation matters involving personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, contract disputes, real estate and land use, and probate litigation. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants, bringing a well-rounded perspective to each case and developing effective strategies to achieve favorable results for his clients.

Sean has practiced in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, and insurance defense. Having represented clients on both sides of the aisle, he offers a unique understanding of the dynamics at play in complex litigation. Through a combination of meticulous preparation and strong advocacy, Sean has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of severely injured clients.

Sean is experienced in courtroom litigation as well as alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.

Sean lives in Ridgefield, Connecticut, with his wife, Maggie, and their four children.
