Sara Lerner is a tax, trusts & estates, and elder law attorney who advises clients on estate planning, trusts and estate, administration, and elder law.
Sara Lerner is an Associate in the Tax, Trusts & Estates and Elder Law Practice Groups at Mandelbaum Barrett PC. She focuses her practice on estate planning and trust and estate administration and elder law, helping individuals and families navigate complex personal and financial planning matters with a thoughtful, client-centered approach.
Prior to joining Mandelbaum Barrett PC, Sara served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Andrea J. Sullivan, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part. She also spent several years providing direct legal services to clients in New York and Connecticut, handling civil matters involving elder law, disability rights, and consumer finance.
Sara earned her B.A. in Psychology, summa cum laude, from Columbia University and her J.D., cum laude, from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
