Samantha E. Holleritter is an Associate in the Litigation Practice Group at Mandelbaum Barrett PC, where she supports a diverse clientele including individuals, small businesses, large corporations, and public entities in a wide range of complex litigation matters. Her experience includes employment law, commercial disputes, and white-collar criminal defense. Samantha has represented clients in federal criminal trials, conducted depositions, and drafted briefs for high-stakes motions. She is experienced in all phases of litigation, from pretrial discovery to trial and post-trial proceedings.
Admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York, Samantha earned her J.D. from New York Law School, where she was named a Pro Bono Scholar, served as Vice Chair of Moot Court, and was a member of the Dean’s Leadership Council.
After law school, she clerked for the Honorable Noah Franzblau, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, gaining valuable experience in trial advocacy, motion practice, and judicial decision-making.
