Michael J. Allen is a Partner in Mandelbaum Barrett PC’s Corporate and Real Estate practice groups located in the firm’s Greenwich, CT office. For nearly four decades, Mr. Allen has advised business owners, developers, and entrepreneurs on a wide range of commercial matters, providing practical and strategic counsel designed to achieve his clients’ goals efficiently and effectively.
His practice encompasses all aspects of business and commercial law, including commercial real estate transactions, leasing, construction contracts, and general corporate work. Mr. Allen’s extensive experience and results-driven approach have made him a trusted resource for clients navigating complex business and real estate challenges.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the Cornell School of Industrial and Labor Relations in 1982 and his LL.B. from Cornell Law School in 1985. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut and is a member of the Connecticut and Greenwich Bar Associations.
