Manuel Grova is a Partner in the Personal Injury Practice Group at Mandelbaum Barrett PC who represents clients in workers’ compensation, personal injury, commercial and residential real estate, and criminal (Municipal and Superior Court) cases. He is fluent in both Portuguese and Spanish.
Before joining the firm in 1993, Manny worked as an attorney with the Union County Prosecutor’s office for four years and is currently a Councilman at Large in the City of Elizabeth. He was originally elected to the City Council in 1994 and began his eighth term in January 2025. He is the firm’s resident attorney in the Union County office located in Elizabeth. Manny was also a former Public Defender of the Borough of Roselle’s Municipal Court as well as in Union Township. He is also the Planning Board attorney for the County of Union.
