Linda J. Hockstein

With 30 years of experience, Real Estate attorney Linda Hockstein focuses on communication and strong advocacy with each client’s needs in mind. 

Linda Hockstein is a Partner in the Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, practicing out of the Bayonne, NJ office. Prior to joining the firm, she founded The Law Office of Linda J. Hockstein in January 1996, a highly regarded real estate law firm in Hudson County. Linda’s practice encompasses both commercial and residential real estate transactions.

On the residential real estate side, she handles hundreds of real estate closings each year, representing clients in the purchase and sale of condominium units, single- and multi-family homes, and rental and investment properties. She approaches every closing with careful due diligence, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Her commercial real estate practice focuses on assisting clients with the acquisition and sale of investment properties, mixed-use developments, industrial sites, and warehouse buildings. She is frequently retained by borrowers, builders, developers, and purchasers to manage complex transactions, including construction loans and refinancing.

Linda earned her J.D. with honors from Rutgers School of Law – Camden and her B.A. from Rutgers College. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey (1992), New York (1996), and Pennsylvania (1992).

When she is not practicing law, Linda enjoys embarking on sporting adventures with her two sons, William and Oliver, and their family dog, Cooper.
