Katie Hemmendinger is a transactional attorney in the Firm’s Corporate Department who advises businesses at every stage of growth across a range of industries, including real estate, finance, and veterinary services.
Her practice focuses on supporting clients through a broad spectrum of corporate and transactional matters, informed by her experience working with businesses at different stages of development and across diverse sectors. Katie has practiced at regional law firms and has also worked in an in-house capacity, providing her with a practical understanding of how legal strategy aligns with day-to-day operations and long-term business planning.
Katie earned her B.A. from Susquehanna University and her J.D./M.B.A. from Seton Hall University. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
