Mandelbaum Barrett PC Partner Juerg A. Heim focuses his practice on business, commercial, and nonprofit organization law. He advises corporations, limited liability companies, and charitable organizations on formation, governance, and operational matters, as well as on a wide range of commercial transactions. With decades of experience counseling clients across industries, Juerg is known for his practical approach and in-depth understanding of business structures, agreements, and transactions.
Born in Switzerland, Juerg has been practicing law since 1989. He earned his J.D. from New York Law School, where he was a member of The Journal of International and Comparative Law and recipient of the Gabriel Galef Award for Excellence in International Law. He also holds a Diploma in Advanced International Law Studies from McGeorge School of Law/University of Salzburg in Austria and graduated cum laude from Connecticut College.
Juerg is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York and is a member of the Greenwich Bar Association
