Jonathan is an Associate in the Firm’s Corporate Law Practice Group, specializing in corporate governance, formations, financings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and commercial licensing transactions. He provides counsel to dentists, veterinarians, and other providers nationwide on the acquisition and sale of professional practices.
Jonathan graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. from George Washington University and obtained his J.D. from Boston College Law School. Prior to joining the firm, he advised private equity, hedge funds, and other business entities on governance, financing, and transactional matters within the commercial law group of a prominent firm in Wilmington, DE.
