Mandelbaum Barrett PC Partner Jennifer D. Port focuses her practice on estate and tax planning, trust and estate administration, and the representation of tax-exempt organizations. She advises individuals and families on the development of comprehensive estate plans and provides ongoing counsel to fiduciaries in the administration of estates and trusts. Jennifer also serves as an officer and director for numerous charitable foundations, managing their day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements. She regularly negotiates and drafts Connecticut prenuptial agreements.

She earned her J.D. from the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law of Yeshiva University and her B.A. from Union College.

A dedicated member of the community, Jennifer currently is Counsel to and a Director of the Greenwich Scholarship Association. She served on the Board of the YWCA of Greenwich and was Vice Chair of its Governance Committee. Her past community service includes serving as Trustee and Director of The Jewish Guild for the Blind and as Director for J.G.B. Health Care Facilities, Inc. and the Transportation Association of Greenwich. In 2012, she received the Brava Award from the YWCA of Greenwich in recognition of her professional accomplishments and charitable leadership.
