Jennifer delivers strategic counsel in civil litigation, landlord-tenant matters, and real estate transactions, backed by meaningful courtroom experience and a client-centered approach to advocacy.
Jennifer A. Pajak, an Associate in the Firm’s Real Estate practice, works closely with residential real estate clients in a wide range of litigation matters, concentrating on landlord-tenant disputes and transactional real estate matters involving property issues, contract drafting, and client advisement.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from CUNY John Jay College of Criminal Justice, and her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School, where she was a member of the Women’s Law Forum, the Rutgers Italian American Law Student Organization, and the Community and Transactional Lawyering Clinic. In the Clinic, she advocated for her clients in guardianship matters and advised nonprofit entities.
