Born and raised in Greenwich, Connecticut, Gillian Ingraham focuses her practice on commercial and residential real estate, representing clients in purchase, sale, and lease transactions throughout Fairfield County and beyond. She brings a practical, client-focused approach to every matter, ensuring smooth transactions from contract to closing.

Before joining the firm, Gillian practiced at both small and large law firms in lower Fairfield County, gaining extensive experience in real estate law and transactional work. In addition to her legal practice, Gillian earned a Real Estate Investing and Financing Certification from Cornell University in 2024, deepening her understanding of the financial and strategic aspects of property ownership and investment.

An active member of her community, Gillian serves on the Town of Greenwich Board of Human Services and is a member of the Junior League of Greenwich, where she volunteers with local nonprofits and community initiatives.
