Senior Counsel

Deborah Greene has extensive experience representing clients in a myriad of areas, with particular emphasis on commercial real estate, banking, finance, elder law, corporate law, municipal, zoning and land use law, commercial litigation, and condominium and co-op Law. She serves as counsel to several planning boards and boards of adjustment.

Deborah is a frequent lecturer for the New Jersey Planning Officials for its accreditation programs for Planning and Zoning Board Members, and has lectured at the annual New Jersey State League of Municipalities Conference. She also serves as a New Jersey Planning Official, and participates in the Community Associations Institute, New Jersey Institute of Municipal Attorneys, and New Jersey League of Municipalities.
