Christopher Leddy, Esq. is an experienced Corporate Employment and Labor Law Partner who advises employers on a full spectrum of workplace matters, delivering strategic, business-oriented counsel tailored to today’s evolving workforce.

A Partner in the Firm’s Corporate Practice Group, Mr. Leddy represents employers of all sizes, from closely held businesses to multinational organizations, in navigating complex workplace challenges. He provides practical, forward-thinking guidance that aligns legal strategy with business objectives in an ever-changing regulatory environment.

He regularly counsels clients on issues such as employee relations, restrictive covenants, wage and hour compliance, workplace investigations, discrimination and harassment prevention, accommodations, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. He also advises employers on emerging areas, including workplace artificial intelligence and evolving regulatory frameworks.

Mr. Leddy also serves as outside general counsel to clients throughout the United States, drafting and negotiating a wide range of employment-related agreements, including executive compensation arrangements, employment contracts, restrictive covenant agreements, and separation agreements. He also develops and implements employee handbooks, corporate policies, and compliance programs designed to mitigate risk and support organizational growth.

In addition to his advisory work, Mr. Leddy has extensive experience handling employment litigation and disputes. He represents employers nationally in matters involving discrimination, harassment, whistleblower claims, wage and hour issues, and restrictive covenant enforcement, as well as in Department of Labor audits and investigations. His background includes both private practice and in-house leadership roles, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the legal and operational challenges employers face. He is proactive and solutions-driven, helping clients navigate complex employment laws while aligning legal strategies with business objectives.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Leddy was a Partner at a regional law firm, where he advised employers on a broad range of employment and labor matters and represented clients in complex workplace disputes and litigation. Earlier in his career, he practiced at established New Jersey law firms and served as Vice President of Legal/General Counsel for a private company, where he gained valuable in-house leadership experience overseeing legal strategy and operational risk. He began his legal career as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Frank A. Buczynski, Jr., Presiding Chancery Judge.

He earned his LL.M. in Taxation, with Honors, from Boston University School of Law, his J.D. from Delaware Law School of Widener University, and his B.S. in Accounting, with Honors, from Rowan University. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and the District of Columbia.
