Brett McAllister is a skilled litigation and landlord-tenant attorney and advisor who guides clients through a range of legal matters.
Brett McAllister is an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation and Landlord Tenant Practice Groups. While in law school, Brett served as the Executive Citations & Substance Editor for the New York Law School Law Review and published a case comment on the legal landscape surrounding IVF embryo disputes. He also gained experience as a legal intern for the Honorable John K. Sherwood, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the District of New Jersey, and served as a research assistant in special education law.
Brett earned his B.S. from Montclair State University and his J.D., magna cum laude, from New York Law School. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
