Litigator With Extensive Experience in Commercial Disputes, Real Estate Litigation, Probate Litigation and Personal Injury

Andrea C. Sisca (“Andy”) is an experienced litigator handling personal injury, wrongful death, commercial disputes, real estate and land use conflicts, construction matters, contract issues, probate disputes and employment-related claims. She represents clients through all aspects of a dispute from its inception through trial and appeals and has significant experience in alternative dispute resolution.

Before joining the firm, Andy practiced law with a well-known international law firm, where she focused on professional and general liability defense and personal injury defense. Her experience representing insurance carriers and defending complex claims enables her to strategically evaluate cases and achieve favorable results for plaintiffs who have suffered serious injuries, including those arising from motor vehicle accidents, construction site incidents, and slip/trip-and-fall matters.

Andy is a passionate advocate who brings a detail-oriented and analytical approach to every case. She identifies client goals and develops litigation strategies to achieve those goals, with a keen eye toward practical outcomes. She has secured numerous successful outcomes, including judgment before trial for an injured construction worker, defeating an adverse possession claim while obtaining reimbursement of attorneys’ fees, and prevailing on a variety of dispositive motions in state and federal courts.

Committed to community involvement, Andy serves on the Board of Directors of Meals on Wheels of Greenwich and Human Services Council (Connecticut), is a member of the Junior League of Greenwich, and is a past President of the Greenwich Bar Association.
