Alijah (“Ali”) Acosta is an Associate at Mandelbaum Barrett PC whose practice focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration, and probate litigation. She advises individuals and families on estate administration and the resolution of probate-related disputes.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ali worked as a paralegal at boutique law firms, where she gained experience in real estate, matrimonial law, general litigation, and fiduciary matters. While earning her law degree through an evening program, she continued working full-time in the legal field, developing the practical knowledge and hands-on experience that shape her thoughtful, client-focused approach. Her diverse legal background allows her to analyze matters from multiple perspectives and provide practical, solutions-oriented counsel.
Ali began her legal career as a mentee in the Her Honor Mentoring Program and remains actively involved with the organization as a mentor. Through her continued involvement, she is committed to supporting and empowering the next generation of women as they navigate their professional journeys.
