For more than 40 years, Steve has served as a trusted litigator and advisor, representing clients in high-stakes commercial, employment and healthcare litigation throughout New Jersey and New York. As Co-Chair of the Firm’s Litigation department as well as co-chair of the firm’s Employment and Healthcare Litigation Practice Groups, he is known for his practical, solutions-oriented approach to complex matters but also his tenacity in the courtroom. Steve has litigated all types of discrimination and harassment cases, whistleblower, theft of trade secrets and restrictive covenant cases, and other commercial and healthcare-related business disputes.
Steve’s distinguished career also includes serving as a former member of the Firm’s Executive Committee, Acting General Counsel for Rolls-Royce & Bentley Motor Cars Inc. and adjunct professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University. His clients have included industry leaders such as Aon, Goya Foods, Berkshire Hathaway and Volkswagen group (including Audi and Lamborghini) and for decades he has been recognized for his excellence in the practice of law by Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers in America and Martindale-Hubbell.
