Office expansion enhances the firm’s capabilities across its litigation, regulatory, corporate, and industry-focused practices, while reinforcing its long-term commitment to the New York market.

NEW YORK, NY – [July 13, 2026] – Mandelbaum Barrett PC has announced the expansion of its Manhattan office in the landmark GE Building at 570 Lexington Avenue, reflecting the firm’s growth and ongoing commitment to serving clients throughout New York and the broader Northeast region.

The firm’s New York office will now occupy the entire 21st floor – totaling nearly 12,000 square feet – of the historic GE building at 570 Lexington. The new space features additional offices, collaborative workspaces, and upgraded client meeting facilities designed to support the firm’s attorneys and professional staff as they continue to serve a growing and increasingly diverse client base. The New York office serves as a hub for a broad range of practices, including litigation, corporate, regulatory, healthcare, hospitality, cannabis, international disputes, white collar defense, real estate, matrimonial, tax, trusts and estates, and the firm’s India Desk, which supports U.S. and India-based clients on cross-border transactions, investments, and disputes.

“Some firms have reduced their office footprint or even moved to a remote workforce; as a result, people aren’t collaborating or meeting like they used to, forfeiting the opportunity to make those important connections that are central to business success. In contrast, Mandelbaum Barrett is investing further in the strategies that have been foundational to our firm’s growth for decades, as well as to our firm culture, another true differentiator,” explained Mandelbaum Barrett CEO William Barrett. “We see this investment in our real estate and the way we work as an investment in our team’s business success.”

“Our New York office has become an epicenter for many of the firm’s practices and clients, with our new office serving to cement our presence in this market,” said Joshua S. Bauchner, a New York-based shareholder of the firm who also maintains a broad-based litigation practice.
