Mandelbaum Barrett PC Expands Real Estate Practice with Addition of Three Lateral Partners from DeCotiis, Fitzpatrick, Cole & Giblin
Mandelbaum Barrett PC to Open New Lyndhurst Office to Serve Bergen and Hudson County Clients
Roseland, N.J.(February 11, 2022) – Full-service law firm Mandelbaum Barrett PC as announced that three new partners will join the firm’s Real Estate practice and plans the opening of a new office in Bergen County. Bart G. Mongelli, Anthony J. Arnone, and Roberto S. Migliorelli, all former partners at DeCotiis, FitzPatrick, Cole & Giblin, LLP, will join the firm’s growing real estate practice and be based in its new Lyndhurst, NJ, office.
Real Estate Department Co-Chair Barry R. Mandelbaum said, “We are excited to welcome these three new partners as part of our growth strategy throughout New Jersey, and internally, it adds in a new generation of experienced talent. They bring not only the ability to better serve clients in in Bergen and Hudson counties, but they also bring new areas of focus to our practice.”
Bart Mongelli focuses his practice on real estate, banking and corporate law. His experience includes representing banks and private lenders with borrowing and lending transactions in real estate, development, and construction deals. He has over 20 years of experience practicing law. He is very active in the community, serving on nonprofit boards and participating in local political organizations. He received his J.D. from Pace University School of Law and his B.A. in political science from Fordham University.
Anthony Arnone’s practice is focused on real estate redevelopment, land use, and banking law. As part of his representation of both public and private sector entities, he has counseled clients in the closing of commercial real estate sales and represented lenders with corporate finance and other creditors’ rights matters. Arnone also served as prosecutor for local municipalities and other public entities. He received a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and his B.S. in finance from Seton Hall University.
With more than 25 years’ experience , Roberto Migliorelli’s practice is focused on commercial lending and commercial real estate law, and he handles all aspects of real estate transactions and commercial lending. Clients have included corporate and government entities involved in a variety of development projects and other business transactions. He received his J.D. from Pace University School of Law and his B.S. in political science from Fordham University.
