In American Voyager NJ Inc. v. Baekeland Rentals Inc., the court affirmed the dismissal of all claims against our client, Baekeland Rentals Inc., rejecting the tenant’s bid to revive its lawsuit over property conditions.
The panel agreed that the lease terms and consent judgment barred further litigation — a clear validation of our client’s position and the trial court’s analysis.
