As New Jersey’s cannabis and psychedelics landscape reaches a critical inflection point, Natalie C. Diaz, an associate in the Firm’s Cannabis, Hemp & Psychedelics Practice, will present at the NJSBA Annual Meeting on May 15. The panel, “New Jersey Cannabis and Psychedelics at an Inflection Point: Enforcement, Litigation and Market Stress,” will examine the evolving legal and regulatory landscape for cannabis and psychedelics in New Jersey, with a focus on proposed psilocybin legislation and recent developments such as CREMMA and newly passed A3852. Natalie and the other panelists will also explore federal law constraints, enforcement trends, litigation risk, and lessons learned from the state’s cannabis rollout, alongside perspectives from clinicians engaged in psychedelic-assisted therapy and related clinical practice.
