Josh will open the day speaking at the 9:00 AM panel titled “Federal Law Meets New Jersey Cannabis: Rescheduling, the Farm Bill, Banking, and What Actually Changes,” reviewing how federal policies, including rescheduling, the Farm Bill, IRC §280E, and hemp law, intersect with New Jersey’s cannabis market.

Natalie will present at the 11:15 AM panel, “Operators’ Roundtable: Life After Licensure,” covering compliance, audits, municipal oversight, and operational challenges for licensed cannabis businesses.

Josh then returns for “Municipal Power, Zoning & Local Politics: Cannabis Litigation and Licensing” at 2:45 PM, exploring zoning, Host Community Agreements, administrative appeals, and local licensing dynamics.
