The October 26 program explores the practical challenges that can arise when enforcing an arbitral award across jurisdictions, particularly when a debtor enters insolvency or restructuring proceedings. The discussion follows the path of an award from the United States through Hong Kong and into Mainland China, examining the enforcement and restructuring issues that can emerge along the way.
