Ishaan Madaan will be arbitrating at the FDI Moot 2026 Global Rounds in China, 23–27 October.  The FDI Moot is a coveted global moot court competition in investor-State arbitration. Teams from universities around the world take a hypothetical dispute under an investment treaty, write submissions for both the investor and the State, and argue it through regional rounds before the top teams reach the Global Rounds. The problems track what is genuinely contested in treaty practice, and the bench is made up of arbitrators, counsel and academics who run these cases.
