Jeffrey M. Rosenthal

Jeffrey M. Rosenthal is Chair of Mandelbaum Barrett’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Practice and Co-Chair of its Banking and Financial Services Practice. With decades of experience advising lenders, borrowers, financial institutions, and business owners, he is widely recognized for his work in commercial lending, workouts, restructurings, bankruptcy matters, and complex financial transactions. A CPA and MBA, Jeff is known for his strategic guidance in navigating distressed situations, including loan workouts, insolvency proceedings, and Section 363 sales.

Jennifer Palmer

Jennifer Palmer is an entrepreneur and commercial finance leader with 20 years of experience delivering customized financing solutions to fast-growing companies. As founder and CEO of JPalmer Collective (JPC), she supports high-growth businesses that fall outside traditional lending criteria, with a focus on women-led companies, conscious consumer brands, sustainability, and inclusivity. Previously, she served as CEO of Gerber Finance, where she grew the ABL portfolio by more than 140% and led the firm through one of its most profitable years. She has committed 51% of JPC’s portfolio to female-led businesses and increased Gerber’s women-owned and -led portfolio from 34% to 56%. Named to the Inc. 2026 Female Founders 500 list, Palmer serves on the Boards of Star Equity Holdings, SFNet, and the NY Institute of Credit, and is a member of YPO. She holds degrees from Marist College and Fordham University School of Law and is committed to making financing more inclusive and empowering for women. 

Matthew LoCascio

Matt LoCascio is a Principal at SC&H Capital with more than 20 years of investment banking experience advising private and public companies on M&A, refinancing, and sale transactions across a wide range of industries. He has advised on hundreds of transactions and is a recognized speaker and author on distressed sales, bid procedures, and marketing processes, with published work in the ABI Journal and TMA’s Journal for Corporate Renewal. Matt’s work focuses on helping middle-market businesses, including family-owned and multi-generational companies, preserve value, protect jobs, and pursue going-concern solutions. He is an active member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, previously chaired its Asset Sales Committee, and has been recognized for his leadership in complex restructuring and sale transactions.

David Viggiano

David Viggiano is the national sales manager of the ABL business of Flagstar Bank. His group provides middle market ABL senior credit facilities of between $20-100mm to companies located nationwide across all industries. He previously held various leadership roles in ABL and other senior debt products at Webster Bank, Sterling National Bank, People’s United Bank and Investor’s Bank of NJ after a 17- year career at GE Capital in various roles. He earned a BA in economics from UCLA and an MBA from Rutgers.

Joshua S. Bauchner

Joshua S. Bauchner is Chair of Mandelbaum Barrett’s Cannabis, Hemp & Psychedelics Practice Group and a nationally recognized attorney in commercial litigation, regulatory compliance, and administrative law. With extensive experience representing businesses in highly regulated industries, he advises clients on complex licensing, constitutional, and commercial disputes, and is widely regarded for his strategic advocacy before courts, government agencies, and regulatory bodies.

Vincent J. Roldan

Vincent J. Roldan is a Partner in Mandelbaum Barrett’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights and Banking and Financial Services practices. He represents creditors, debtors, lenders, and financial institutions in complex bankruptcy proceedings, restructurings, workouts, and distressed investments nationwide. A frequent speaker and published author on bankruptcy and restructuring topics, Vincent is also an active leader in several legal and finance organizations, bringing deep experience and strategic insight to complex financial matters.

Chad. J Shandler

Chad J. Shandler is a Senior Managing Director in FTI Consulting’s Corporate Finance Practice and Co-Leader of the firm’s Healthcare Practice and Healthcare Restructuring Services. With more than 30 years of experience, he advises distressed organizations, creditors, and stakeholders on restructuring, strategic planning, and operational improvement. Chad has served as an interim CEO, Chief Restructuring Officer, and financial advisor across a range of industries, with a particular focus on healthcare.

Ken Rosen

Ken Rosen is the founder of Ken Rosen Advisors PC, a boutique advisory firm specializing in bankruptcy, restructuring, workouts, and distressed situations. He brings more than 35 years of experience to complex financial distress matters, focusing on Chapter 11 reorganizations, out-of-court workouts, distressed M&A, and creditor rights across the healthcare, retail, pharmaceutical, food, and real estate industries. Before founding his firm, Ken chaired the Bankruptcy & Restructuring Department at Lowenstein Sandler LLP, where he led one of the region’s premier restructuring practices. A prolific commentator on insolvency law, Ken has authored more than 75 published articles in Bloomberg Law, Law360, the ABI Journal, AIRA Journal, Today’s General Counsel, and other leading publications. His recent writing covers positional conflicts of interest, equitable subordination of LBO debt, judicial mediation in bankruptcy, forbearance negotiation strategy, and healthcare restructuring. He is also a frequent conference speaker and panel moderator on bankruptcy and restructuring issues. 

Andy Babcock

Andy Babcock has over 25 years of experience in asset-based lending, restructuring, valuation, and asset monetization. He co-manages Tiger Finance’s debt portfolio and is responsible for sourcing, structuring, underwriting, and portfolio management. He is a member of the Tiger Finance credit committee and an original founding member of Tiger’s finance platform, which provides capital solutions through secured loans, inventory consignment programs, junior secured credit facilities, and structured equity offerings. Prior to joining Tiger Finance, Babcock held roles at Tiger in business development, investment underwriting, and asset valuation, and has served as CFO, CRO, President, and Director of entities in which Tiger Capital held a controlling interest. Earlier, he was a Vice President at an advisory and diligence firm serving sponsors, lenders, and companies in metals, chemicals, and commodities, where he was also a founding member. He began his career as an analyst in financial services and retail and holds a BS in Finance from Northeastern University. 

Jacen Dinoff

Jacen Dinoff is an experienced corporate restructuring and turnaround management advisor with over 25 years of hands-on accounting, finance, management and operations experience that complements his technical expertise in restructuring including bankruptcy case administration. His career has included engagements in financial and operational restructurings, asset divestitures through sale and liquidation, and senior debtor/creditor advisor roles for many well-known companies. Mr. Dinoff has provided management advisory services to both privately and publicly held retail and consumer goods companies such as fine department stores, supermarket chains, furniture, jewelry, sporting goods, books and specialty clothing. He has also worked for clients in healthcare, manufacturing, oil and gas, renewable energy, seafood, business services, and finance companies. Mr. Dinoff is a Certified Turnaround Professional and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire, and an M.B.A in Finance from Bentley College.  He is an active member of the Turnaround Management Association, the New York Institute of Credit and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
