📅 September 30th – Eileen Funnell, Associate in our Veterinary Law Practice Group, will present on “Unleashing Potential: Current Market Trends & Strategies in the Veterinary Industry.” She’ll cover associate buy-ins and what “partnership” really looks like, share stories from her experience with closings, and discuss what post-sale agreements and interactions often involve.
📅 October 1st – Casey Gocel, Partner and Co-Chair of the National Dental Law Group, will be part of an Attorney Panel Round Up alongside other industry leaders. Together, they will highlight key considerations in dental practice transactions, including deal structures and essential terms.
