The Mandelbaum Barrett PC Difference

Our People-Centered Culture

Since our founding in 1930 we have committed ourselves to not just our clients, but to our employees and their well-being. We foster and support a collaborative environment and live by a strong set of core values where we believe a rising tide raises all boats. Our attorneys and staff enjoy many perks such as a PTO day on their birthday, daily snack offerings, health and wellness education programs, associate mentoring and education, office decorating contests, chili cookoffs and more! We believe that working hard should be rewarded and we have a generous compensation and bonus program.

We also support education through our Irving Mandelbaum Scholarship Fund. This Fund was started more than 20 years ago to help members of the firm and their children pursue higher education. Since its inception, the fund has disbursed more than $150,000.

At Mandelbaum Barrett PC a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace is one where all employees and clients, whatever their gender, race, ethnicity, national origin, age, sexual orientation or identity, education, religion or disability, feel valued and respected. We provide equal opportunities for employment and advancement in all departments, programs, and worksites. We respect and value diverse life experiences, and actively seek to ensure that all voices are valued and heard.

We believe that promoting diversity means creating an inclusive work environment where everyone has the opportunity to succeed without obstacles based on their gender, gender identity and expression, marital and civil partnership status, race, color, national or ethnic origin, social or economic background, disability, religious belief, sexual orientation, age or any other basis prohibited under applicable law.

We recognize that people from varying backgrounds can bring a full range of worthwhile ideas and innovations to our working practices and business. Encouraging everyone at the Firm to respect the individuality of their colleagues and to feel comfortable in making their own contribution is a fundamental aspect of our values and critical to our business success.

Our Equal Opportunities Policy applies to recruitment and selection, terms and conditions of employment, (including compensation, promotion, training and transfers) and our approach to every other aspect of employment. The Firm ensures that individuals are selected, promoted and treated on the basis of their individual abilities and merits and the needs of the Firm.

Equality of opportunity, fairness, trust, and supporting the rights of individuals, including the right to work in an atmosphere free from discrimination and prejudice, are important principles of the Firm; our Core Values emphasize the importance the Firm places on inclusiveness and meritocracy and provides an environment where all individuals are treated with respect and dignity.
