Mandelbaum Barrett PC is committed to, attracting, including, retaining, developing and advancing women attorneys. We are dedicated to providing the tools and resources to empower and support our women in achieving professional and personal success and fulfillment. The Mandelbaum Barrett PC Women’s Initiative, led by Co- chairs Jacky Greenberg Vogt, Rebecca Frino & Maria Groeneveld, strives to empower and support women through our formal and informal meetings and gatherings which provide a platform for our women lawyers to educate each other about the work they do, share experiences, challenges, and solutions. Our internal networking opportunities are crucial for fostering camaraderie and an environment of mentorship and learning.

In addition, the Mandelbaum Barrett Women’s Initiative actively supports our female lawyers throughout their careers through mentoring and networking to educate and develop our women as leaders inside and outside the firm. Our culture of women helping women is what sets us apart and makes our law firm a supportive and empowHERing place for women to work.

We believe in showcasing the achievements of our female attorneys and regularly highlight their accomplishments through various channels. This includes information about articles they have published, presentations they have given, and panels they have participated in for a wide range of industry events and conferences. We are proud to have created a community of strong, capable women who are dedicated to helping each other succeed.

Finally, our Women’s Initiative partners with our Charity Committee in supporting the community by supporting organizations dedicated to servicing and assisting women in need.
