Lorber, Esq. were able to secure Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan and bulk variance approval before the Fairfield Township Planning Board for a four-story, 39-unit age-restricted residential luxury apartment building. This approval adds to the previously approved project that will now consist of over 100 residential units, and four commercial/industrial buildings on the 10.8 +/- acre site. The application, which was filed in early 2023 took a year and a half with several public hearings before finally obtaining unanimous approval.
