Real Estate Co-Chair Craig Alexander, Esq. represented The Mental Health Association of Essex and Morris, Inc. (MHA) in connection with the acquisition of a 23,000 sq. ft. building located in Parsippany, which will serve as MHA’s new Morris County headquarters. From this location, MHA will provide mental and behavioral health services to Morris County and the agency’s entire service area, including existing programs and MHA’s brand new NJ4S Hub and Spoke program for Morris and Sussex County schools.
