Marlene Marie Arabia is an Associate in Mandelbaum Barrett PC’s Litigation Practice Group where she represents clients in all facets of litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Marlene served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Catherine I. Enright of the Appellate Division, New Jersey Superior Court, where she honed her skills in legal research and motion applications. She also played a pivotal role as a Law Clerk in providing research during law school at esteemed firms, where she tackled complex litigation matters ranging from business disputes to intricate family law issues.

Marlene earned her J.D., cum laude, from Rutgers Law School in 2022, where she not only made a mark academically but also through her leadership roles as the Managing Editor of the Rutgers Law Record and as a Treasurer of the Italian-American Law Student Organization. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, in Legal Studies and Criminology from William Paterson University. During her time at Rutgers Law School, Marlene has also contributed as a Research Assistant, delving deep into areas like patent disparities and ADA implications. Her comprehensive understanding of the legal landscape is further amplified by her previous managerial role as a Property Manager, where she navigated the nuances of property law.

Outside of her professional sphere, Marlene has demonstrated a commitment to the community, volunteering with organizations like the Bloomingdale Board of Education and participating in initiatives such as blood drives. An avid golfer and mixed martial arts enthusiast, she brings to our firm not just her legal acumen but also her dynamic personality and passion for excellence
