Joshua M. Gorsky is a Partner in the Firm’s Real Estate, Commercial Lending and Business Law Practice Groups, where he focuses on real estate, transactional and corporate law. He regularly represents real estate owners and investors in the purchase, sale and financing of various types of commercial property, including apartments, retail, office, mixed use, industrial and vacant land. Joshua also represents local and regional lending institutions in transactions securing commercial real estate and other business assets. He is involved in land use and zoning law, appearing before municipal zoning and planning boards on behalf of his clients. Finally, Joshua represents both landlords and tenants in complex leasing transactions involving all property types.
Joshua is a member of the International Council of Shopping Center’s (ICSC) Next Generation Committee and a Council Member for the Rutgers Center for Real Estate’s Emerging Leaders Council. He is also the Vice President of the Metro Business Alliance.
