Boris Peyzner is a Partner in Mandelbaum Barrett PC’s Litigation Practice and Construction Law Groups.

Boris has extensive experience as a litigator, both trying and arbitrating cases, as well as in negotiating settlements for individuals and businesses of all sizes.  Boris is highly skilled in complex negotiations involving both legal and strategic business considerations.

He represents entrepreneurs, closely held companies, corporations, and partnerships in resolving business dispute, including breach of contract, fraud, negligent misrepresentation, unfair competition, breach of restrictive covenants, breach of fiduciary duty, and tortious interference with contract. He regularly litigates matters throughout state courts at both the trial and appellate level throughout New Jersey and New York, as well as in federal courts nationwide.

Boris is also committed in helping construction firms through the construction project lifecycle. He represents companies of all sizes from large national contractors to small “mom and pop” businesses.  Boris has extensive experience negotiating and drafting construction contracts, resolving issues related to, among other things, construction defects, delays, liens, wrongful termination, and contractual breaches.

His reputation is as a litigator who quickly assesses issues in a case and works towards a swift resolution. Boris’s dedication to his clients and his ability to resolve complex legal issues, swiftly and in the most cost-effective manner is one of his most sought-after skills.  He also regularly writes and speaks on “hot topics” in commercial and construction issues.  Boris is fluent in Russian.

In his free time, Boris enjoys the beach with his family, rooting for the Devils, as well as playing and watching hockey.
