Ann Lee is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate, Banking and Financial Services, and Bankruptcy and Creditors Rights groups. Her practice focuses on representing commercial lenders, financial companies, and borrowers through loan negotiations, restructuring, and securing commercial real estate and other business assets. She also provides assistance in various aspects of bankruptcy proceedings and workouts. Furthermore, she represents clients in the purchase, sale, and financing of diverse commercial properties, as well as addressing Landlord and Tenant issues.

Ann received her J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where she served as a staff editor of the Journal of Law & Public Policy, as a student attorney in the Education and Health Law Clinic, and as president of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. Ann also took on the role of research fellow at the Center for Corporate Law and Governance and played a vital part in crafting the Best Practices for Virtual Shareholder Meetings.
