Congratulations to Arla D. Cahill, a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, who has been appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to serve as Vice Chair of the District V-B Ethics Committee for Essex County (DEC V-B). The appointment is effective September 1, 2019. As Vice Chair of the District V-B Committee, Arla will handle overseeing the disposition of hearings involving allegations of attorney misconduct. Additionally, she will be responsible for recruiting members and working to continually improve the efficiency of the attorney-monitored disciplinary system. Join us in congratulating Arla!
