New Jersey reinforces its commitment to its agricultural heritage through the Division of Taxation’s re-affirmed farmland assessment regulations, effective from October 19, 2023, under N.J. Admin. Code §§ 18:15. These regulations, in place until October 19, 2030, provide favorable tax treatment to eligible farmland owners, supporting local farmers and preserving landscapes for sustainable farming.
