Lawrence Weiner is a Partner of the firm’s Litigation Department. He is experienced in a wide array of commercial litigation matters from inception through settlement, trial and appeal, particularly in: breach of contract claims, commercial real estate brokerage disputes, fraud claims, enforcement of restrictive covenants, commercial tenancy disputes, shareholder/partnership disputes and dissolutions, creditor’s rights and appellate advocacy. Lawrence also has experience regarding applications for injunctive and other equitable relief. Lawrence has successfully argued before State and Federal appellate panels. He also has experience in alternative dispute resolution, representing clients in mediations and arbitrations.
Lawrence graduated with a B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin and received his law degree from Rutgers Law School – Newark.
Lawrence recently co-authored a chapter in NJICLE’s Commercial Real Estate Transactions in New Jersey entitled “Brokerage Agreements and Related Considerations.”
